Bayern Munich are making changes to their attacking department this summer. The Bavarian club has already agreed on a deal with Crystal Palace, and they are pursuing a loan deal for PSG’s Xavi Simons. The French club also have a concrete interest in one of the forwards at Bayern.

According to Sky Sports in Germany, Paris Saint-Germain have Kingsley Coman on their list of transfer targets for the summer. They have already held preliminary talks with Coman. The French winger is interested in a return to Paris, while Bayern are willing to sell him for offers worth €40-50 million.

Coman endured a torrid campaign with Bayern. The French forward struggled with several injuries, which didn’t allow him to build any sort of momentum in his performances. Bayern want a squad overhaul this summer after a disappointing campaign. Coman is one of the six senior players that Bayern are willing to part ways in the current transfer window.

The French forward has a contract at Bayern until 2027. Die Roten are in a strong position to get a sizeable fee for Coman. However, Coman’s injury record may deter interested clubs from paying a significant fee for him. Bayern need funds and space on the wage structure, which makes Coman’s departure crucial.

Coman is currently with the French squad for the European Championship. A move away from Bayern is likely to materialize after the tournament. Die Roten will hope to see a bidding war with other top European clubs joining PSG in the race for Coman’s signature. Manchester City, Manchester United, and FC Barcelona have been linked with Coman in the past.

Apart from Kingsley Coman, Bayern are also open to parting ways with Serge Gnabry this summer. The German winger has struggled for consistency since signing the new contract in 2022. Gnabry also struggled with injuries last season. The 28-year-old forward is determined to get back to his best next season, but it may not be at Bayern.

Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting has already left Die Roten this summer on a free transfer. Bayern will rely on Harry Kane and Mathys Tel in the number nine position next season. Simons and Olise will be new additions in the wide positions, while a new contract is planned for Leroy Sane. Bryan Zaragoza will feature more for Die Roten next season, as he has no plans to go out on loan in the summer.
