More goals from the flanks
Robert Lewandowski has been the main man for Bayern Munich this season. The Polish striker has scored a staggering 40 goals across all competitions this campaign. He was on track to record his career-best figures this season.
Die Roten had been bailed out by Lewandowski from numerous occasions this campaign. When the team was not playing well, he still scored important goals and led them to victories. He took his game to different level against big teams and silenced his critics by scoring goals in these games.
Going forward, heavy reliance on Lewandowski is not exactly good for Die Roten. A top team has to rely on their first-choice number nine, but the burden of scoring goals should not be on one single player. Lewandowski is ageing like a fine wine, but Bayern needs to get more out of their wide players next season.

Serge Gnabry’s numbers have been very good this season, but he has scored goals in clusters. He was achieving consistency in the final third during the last two months. The German forward needs to aim for scoring goals throughout the campaign. With little bit improvement in his finishing, Gnabry can easily contribute to 25 goals a season.
Meanwhile, Kingsley Coman also needs to show more efficiency in the final third. The Frenchman helps in stretching the defenses, but lacks the final ball and also fails to score a decent amount of goals. The new winger Die Roten will buy in summer also needs to have a good eye for goals. A prolific attack will help Die Roten to become a well-rounded team and avoid dependency on a single player.
