Bayern Munich will be represented by a total of 11 players at the upcoming European Championship in Germany.
Euro 2024 will headline a blockbuster summer of international football, and we are gearing up for a captivating 17th edition of the tournament. A total of 11 Bayern Munich players have been called up for the European Championship, with six named in the Germany squad.
Julian Nagelsmann has called up Manuel Neuer, Joshua Kimmich, Jamal Musiala, Leroy Sané, Thomas Müller, and Aleksandar Pavlović to the Germany squad for Euro 2024. Bayern loanee Alexander Nübel was also named before being excluded from the final roster. Germany will face Scotland, Hungary, and Switzerland in Group A.
Elsewhere, Harry Kane will captain England in their bid to finally claim European Championship glory. The Three Lions are in Group C, where they will take on Slovenia, Denmark, and Serbia.
Matthijs de Ligt will hope to star for the Netherlands in their Euro 2024 campaign. The centre-back will also come up against Bayern teammates Dayot Upamecano, Kingsley Coman, and Konrad Laimer in Group D.
Upamecano and Coman are part of the France squad, while Laimer has been called up by Austria. Poland are the fourth team in the group.
The 24-team Euro 2024 will get underway on June 14 with hosts Germany taking on Scotland. The final will be held at the Olympiastadion in Berlin on July 14. Italy are the reigning champions, and will be among the favorites to come out on top this time around as well. The likes of Germany, France, England, and Spain are also firmly set to be in contention.
