Bayern Munich superb in Bundesliga season opener-Player Ratings

RW, Leroy Sane—9/10
It couldn’t have been a more perfect start to the season for Sane. The new acquisition was a constant threat on the wing and through the middle. He scored his first goal in a Bayern kit and finished with two assists. If Sane can continue to produce at this level for Bayern, then their productions from the wings could be even better than last season.

CAM, Thomas Müller—9/10
Müller picked up right where he left off with a fantastic performance against Schalke. He recorded a goal and an assist to contribute to the winning effort. The 31-year-old looks to be in for another big season at Bayern.
LW, Serge Gnabry—10/10
A hat-trick performance gives Gnabry a perfect rating. The winger was clinical as ever and displayed his world-class finishing. His first goal was absolutely beautiful with a splendid first touch and curling finish past the goalkeeper. There are certainly going to be more performances from Gnabry like this one to come in the upcoming campaign. His first-ever Bundesliga hat-trick was incredible to watch.
