Bayern Munich has not received any transfer offers for Thiago Alcantara.
The transfer plans are currently not the focus of Bayern Munich as they resumed training in small groups ahead of crunch Champions League game against Chelsea. Die Roten will face the English side at Allianz Arena at the start of August. They will move to Portugal for the rest of the tournament if they come unscathed from the game against Chelsea.
After the Champions League mini-tournament in Portugal, Rekordmeister will accelerate the remaining transfers. They are reportedly eager to bolster the midfield and add more depth in the right-back position after Joshua Kimmich was moved to the centre of the park this season.
Arrivals are not the only thing on the agenda for Die Roten next month as they will have to part with some star players at the end of the campaign. Philippe Coutinho will go back to Barcelona, while Ivan Perisic is also likely to move back to Inter Milan.
Along with these two stars, Thiago Alcantara is also going to part ways with the German club. The Spaniard has refused to sign a new deal with Die Roten. During the unveiling of Leroy Sane on Thursday (via Goal), Karl-Heinz Rummenigge confirmed that there had been no concrete offers for the Spanish midfielder till now.
"“Hasan had talks with Thiago. They were always very positive, but he told Hasan some time ago that he wants to do something new to finish his career.”“So far no club has contacted us. We don’t know if he’s settled things with a new club.”"

The news regarding Thiago came as a big blow for Die Roten at the end of June. The Spanish midfielder was settled in Bavaria, becoming a key player for Hansi Flick during Ruckrunde. Die Roten had reportedly agreed with the terms of a new contract before he made a u-turn at the last moment.
Liverpool has been heavily linked with a move for Thiago. However, reports in Germany suggested that the difference in the evaluation of midfielder is huge. More concrete news about Thiago’s future will be known once Bayern end their European campaign. One thing is certain that the Spaniard will not be allowed to run down his contract and leave on a free transfer.
The Spaniard has been the heart of the midfield since arriving at the club in 2013. He suffered injury issues in his debut campaign, but since then, he established himself a key player for the team under every manager. The former Barcelona midfielder still has few years left in his prime, but it is understandable that he wants to experience a new adventure at this stage of his career.
Along with Thiago, there is speculation surrounding the future of David Alaba. The Austrian defender is reportedly firm on his wage demands for a new contract. Rummenigge also confirmed that Salihamidzic is in contact with Alaba’s representatives regarding the contract extension.
