Adrian Fein

Bayern is reportedly going to listen to offers for Corentin Tolisso next summer. The French midfielder has struggled to get regular playing time under Hansi Flick. Apart from Tolisso, various reports have linked Mickael Cuisance with a loan move away from Bavaria.

In such a scenario, Die Roten’s midfield options will be depleted. They don’t have to look in the transfer market as Adrian Fein is set to return from his loan spell at Hamburg. The German midfielder has been the main man in midfield for Hamburg, who are chasing promotion from Bundesliga II.

More from Bayern Strikes

Fein can operate as a number six or a central midfielder. The German has been dictating the tempo of the game for Hamburg. In his absence, the club has struggled on the pitch. Fein’s impressive performances during the loan spell were rewarded by Bayern. The defending Bundesliga champions reportedly want to include him in the first team next season. His contract was extended by the club in January.

A solid loan spell has helped Fein to demonstrate his qualities. If he manages to replicate similar performances in Bavaria next season, then he can end up with 20-25 appearances across all competitions. Fein can become a very solid understudy of Joshua Kimmich and also help in managing the workload of German international.
