Impressed: Michael Olise (France)

Didier Deschamps has been deploying Michael Olise in an unusual position in the French setup.

The 24-year-old played generally as a number 10 right behind the striker in all three group stage games.

Despite having to adapt to a new position, Olise has been playing with confidence as the creative outlet in France's star-studded line-up.

He dished out three assists so far, and could have had more if Kylian Mbappe was more clinical in the opening match against Senegal.

His link-up, line-breaking passes and dribbling have been an absolute game-changer for France, especially in a scenario when they lack a midfielder who can create from deep.

Many people still believe that Olise would thrive even more in his favourite right-winger role, and rightly so. However, he is still doing extremely well while sacrificing for the success of his nation.

Olise will continue to have the key to France's offence in the Round of 32 match against Sweden. You just know he will impress.
