The Bayern Munich center-back delivered a strong performance in the round of 16, as France managed to see off the challenge of Belgium. Another tough test awaits Upamecano in the quarterfinals, against Cristiano Ronaldo, another player who will be keen to make his presence felt at the European Championship.
The legendary Portugal forward will be determined to shine on the big stage once again and lead his country to their second European title. And it will be up to Upamecano to keep him quiet and continue France’s charge for European Championship triumph.
