Bayern Munich will look to open Oktoberfest with three points this weekend as they take on Werder Bremen in the Bundesliga.

Oktoberfest is upon us, and Bayern Munich will have their sights set on starting the festivities by continuing their incredible goalscoring run. The Bavarians have scored 24 goals in just five games since Vincent Kompany's appointment as head coach, and they will be keen to issue another statement of their Bundesliga title credentials this weekend ahead of next week's home game against Bayer Leverkusen.

Although Werder Bremen will certainly be no pushovers, having won two and drawn two of their opening four games of the season. Ole Werner's side recently held Borussia Dortmund to a goalless draw and will hope to frustrate Bayern in similar fashion on Saturday.

Bayern Munich will once again be without the defensive trio of Sacha Boey, Hiroki Ito, and Josip Stanisic. Manuel Neuer will hope to play from the start despite being forced off during the big win over Dinamo Zagreb on Tuesday.

Here we discuss the lineup Bayern Munich could go with for their Bundesliga clash against Werder Bremen.
