Vincent Kompany has won each of his first games for Bayern Munich in different competitions. The trend continued as Bayern scored nine past Dinamo Zagreb during the first Champions League game of the season on Tuesday.

Bayern raced to a three-goal lead in the first half as they thoroughly dominated the visitors. Die Roten dominated the possession and looked threatening in the final third, making it difficult for Dinamo Zagreb to get some control in the game. However, the visitors managed to silence the Allianz Arena by scoring two quick goals at the start of the second half.

After the early setback in the second half, Bayern responded well and kept probing in the final third. They ended up creating several chances in the second half, which resulted in nine goals in the game. Bayern became the first European club to score nine goals in a single Champions League game.

A historic European night at Allianz Arena meant every Bayern player gave their best on the pitch. However, these three players stood out better than their other teammates.
