Harry Kane in EA FC 25 Team of the Week
By Tom Vinall
After his second half hat-trick against VfB Stuttgart, Bayern Munich number nine Harry Kane has been named in the FC team of the week.
The England captain went into the game on a three game goal drought (four including England). It was only the second time in his Bayern career he had gone three games without scoring (Copenhagen, Frankfurt, Manchester United last season).

Yet, it clearly didn’t bother him. The strike for his first goal would not have even been tried by someone who wasn’t feeling confident. And that was despite missing a big chance just minutes earlier.
This just proves that any “drought” from the 31-year old will never last too long, with Kompany implying as much, when asked about him scoring again: "To be honest, I didn't waste any second thinking about whether he scored or not [in the past games]. I know what qualities he has. He's always hungry, even in training. Sometimes we forget how hard Harry works for the team. He's always scored goals, and will always score goals. That won't change."
For those interested, Kane’s card is 91 rated, and the base stats are as follows: 70 pace, 94 shooting, 85 passing, 84 dribbling, 50 defending, and 84 physical. Beyond those stats, the card also has 89 long passing, 88 strength, 93 composure, and 96 finishing.
Whilst not important, the defending stat feels very low. Spurs, Bayern, and England fans know just how many defensive contribution he makes, particularly at set pieces.
Kane is currently on the market for around 141,000 coins. It is second “special” card of the year, with the striker also having a 91 rated “road to the knockouts” (of the Champions League) card.
Based on last night, he’ll do well to get many upgrades on that card, with Bayern humiliated away to Barcelona, condemning them to 23rd spot after three game-weeks. Mind you, nothing to do with Kane himself, who scored and played really well.
