Consistent growth of young players in the senior squad

Bayern Munich has done a fine job with the integration of Jamal Musiala and Alphonso Davies into the senior team. Both players have gone from strength to strength in the past couple of years after making their debut at the age of 18. Josip Stanisic is the other young player that has been doing fairly well for the team under Julian Nagelsmann.

Die Roten currently has several exciting young players on the reserves team. They have the potential to play a good role in the senior team, just like Musiala, Stanisic, and Davies. Paul Wanner and Arijon Ibrahimovic are next in line to make the step up in the development. Both players have signed long-term deals with the club. They are also expected to train with the senior team during Ruckrunde.

Mathys Tel was an expensive buy for Bayern in the summer, but he has shown glimpses of incredible talent in a few appearances for the senior team. Bayern fans will be hoping to see more of him in 2023 as he continues to take massive strides in his development.
