The last couple of weeks has seen Bayern Munich being linked with multiple wide players. The defending German champions will be in the market for a wide forward if talks with Kingsley Coman for a new deal are not productive. The latest winger to be linked with a move to Bavaria plays in Serie A for Juventus.

According to Gazzetta Dello Sport, Juventus winger Dejan Kulusevski is one of the wide players on the rader of Die Roten. The Swedish winger could be on his way out from Turin in the upcoming transfer windows as he struggles to get consistent playing time under Massimiliano Allegri.

Die Roten will be facing competition from England for Kulusevski as the Italian media outlet also confirms the interest of Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspurs. The Turin-based club is willing to negotiate a transfer, but the asking price is likely to be €35-40 million.

Kulusevski was one of the best young forwards in Serie A few seasons ago. The Swede shone during his time at Parma, which eventually helped him to get a big-money move to Juventus. However, things have not gone as planned for the young forward in Turin. After the arrival of Allegri, his playing time has been reduced significantly.

Juventus has struggled financially in the past couple of years, so they are likely to cash in for Kulusevski soon and reinvest in other areas of the squad. Considering Kulusevski is going through a rough patch, Juventus will do well to get the reported fee for him.

Kulusevski can turn out to be a good signing for Die Roten, but he cannot be classified as a direct replacement for Coman. The Bavarian club will have to look for a wide forward to replace Coman that can make an instant impact instead of being a player for the future.

Meanwhile, more reports in France and Spain suggest that Bayern remain in contact with the agents of Ousmane Dembele. As things stand, Dembele has six months left on his contract. Die Roten has been consistently linked with Dembele over the years, so it will not be a big surprise to see him arrive in Bavaria to replace Coman.

The next couple of months should give a good idea about where things stand with Coman. The German club has reopened talks with him for a new deal after reaching an impasse last summer. The sticking point for renewal remains Coman’s salary demands. Unless Coman signs a new deal, Die Roten will keep a close eye on numerous wingers in the market.
