The Champions League football returns for Bayern Munich with a trip to Kyiv for matchday five of the group stage. The German Champions have already qualified for the second round of the competition after winning all four group games until now.

Courtesy of the defeat against Augsburg in the Bundesliga on Friday, Die Roten will be even more eager to get a win on Tuesday against Dynamo Kyiv. Getting back to winning as soon as possible is crucial for Rekordmeister ahead of the busy schedule across different competitions before the Christmas break.

It has been a fantastic Champions League campaign for Rekordmeister. The 2019/20 winners have delivered clinical performances to seal a place in the round of 16. In the previous meeting against Dynamo Kyiv a few weeks ago, Bayern were comfortable winners with a scoreline of 5-0.

The game on Tuesday is much more crucial for Dynamo Kyiv. A victory is crucial for the home side to keep the hopes alive for finishing third and qualifying for Europa League. Since Julian Nagelsmann could heavily rotate on Tuesday, it will be fascinating to see how Die Roten performs. For the time being, let us look at the possible team that could be selected by Nagelsmann on Tuesday.
