The Bundesliga campaign for Bayern Munich is set to resume against RB Leipzig on Saturday after a two-week long international break. Die Roten will be looking to make it five wins in a row across all competitions with a victory on Saturday.

After a sketchy start in the away game against Borussia Monchengladbach, Die Roten gained momentum in the final weeks of August. They come into the game against RB Leipzig on the back of an entertaining 5-0 victory against Hertha Berlin at Allianz Arena a fortnight ago.

Meanwhile, RB Leipzig has endured a shaky start under new manager Jesse Marsch. Leipzig has managed one victory and two defeats in the first three gameweeks of the league. Despite poor form, having fans back in the stadium will make Leipzig a very formidable opposition for Rekordmeister on Saturday.

The away clash against RB Leipzig is set to be a special game for Marcel Sabitzer, Julian Nagelsmann, and Dayot Upamecano as they face Leipzig for the first time since moving to Bavaria in summer. The defending champions received a significant boost on the injury front in the mid-week, so let us look at the possible starting XI selected by Nagelsmann against his former team this weekend.
