The last two weeks of the transfer window are set to be busy for numerous clubs across Europe. Bayern Munich has been quiet on the transfer front for weeks, but things are expected to pick up in the final days of the window.
The defending German Champions are currently in the market for a wide player and central midfielder. Right-back was also on the agenda for Die Roten, but they have reportedly shelved plans after finding an internal solution for this position.
The targets for midfielder and winger are pretty clear. Multiple outlets in Germany have confirmed that Marcel Sabitzer and Amine Adli are players Die Roten wants to sign this summer. The German club has reportedly held talks for both players, but negotiations are yet to kick on.
According to Sky Sports (via iMiaSanMia), Bayern is set to make an offer for Adli this week. The Toulouse winger will not be an expensive signing since he enters the final year of the contract. Sabitzer is also in a similar situation as his deal with RB Leipzig comes to an end in 2022.

The Bavarian club will have to make sure that there are few first-team departures to make space for these two signings. Mickael Cuisance and Corentin Tolisso are likely to be big-name departures before the end of the window.
Cuisance returned to Bavaria in the summer after struggling to get consistent playing time during the loan spell at Marseille. The French midfielder currently has no future at the club despite having a long contract. Rekordmeister is open to the permanent departure of Cuisance, but there have been no concrete negotiations. Galatasaray has been loosely linked with Cuisance this summer. However, the Turkish club has not made a bid for the midfielder.
Meanwhile, Tolisso has entered the final year of his contract with Die Roten. The Frenchman has been linked with moves to Premier League and Serie A. Rekordmeister is also eager to get a fee for the player instead of losing him for nothing next summer. Sky Sports insists that Tolisso will be open to running down his contract at Die Roten.
The depressed transfer market due to the pandemic has made it difficult for Bayern to make signings. They have strengthened the squad by signing Dayot Upamecano, Omar Richards, and Sven Ulreich. Nagelsmann will be hoping that at least two more arrive before the deadline day to complete his squad for next season.
