Bayern Munich looking to cash in for five players
Things have gone quiet for Bayern Munich in the transfer window. The German Champions are looking to sort loans and permanent departures before looking to bring in new names. The club hierarchy has insisted that the budget for transfers has been severely affected due to the pandemic.
According to Bild, Die Roten is looking to cash in for five players before thinking about making new signings. As per this report, the five players that could be sold are Joshua Zirkzee, Mickael Cuisance, Bouna Sarr, Corentin Tolisso, and Oliver Batista-Meier.
Tolisso has been consistently linked with a move from Bavaria since last summer. The French midfielder stayed at the club last summer after Thiago Alcantara left for Liverpool. With one year left on his contract, there is a good chance that Rekordmeister will look to cash in this summer. Italian giants- Juventus and Inter Milan have been linked with the French international.
Sarr could have a short career in Bavaria. The French defender arrived at the club in the last transfer window to provide depth in the right-back position. However, injuries and poor form meant that he struggled throughout the debut campaign. Since Rekordmeister is reportedly looking for another right-back, Sarr may not have a future at the club.

Zirkzee returned to the club in the summer after a difficult loan spell at Parma in the second half of last season. He is unlikely to get playing time in the first team, so a permanent move could benefit all parties. Die Roten may even think about sanctioning a loan with an obligation to buy if a good offer comes in for him.
Similar to Zirkzee, Cuisance also had a very poor loan spell last season. He struggled for playing time at Marseille. Even though recent reports suggest that Cuisance wants to fight for a place in Bavaria, the club will be looking to permanently part ways this summer. Galatasaray has reportedly shown interest in the young French midfielder.
Batista-Meier was on loan at Heerenveen last season. The young German midfielder ended up with only 15 appearances in Eredivisie. He currently finds a big fight to find a place in the first-team squad at Die Roten, so a permanent move would benefit him to get consistent playing time.
Apart from these five players, there are doubts over the future of Niklas Sule. The German defender has also entered the final 12 months of his contract. He is scheduled to hold talks with the club and Julian Nagelsmann after his vacation. The German champions will be looking to conclude departures as soon as possible and try to bring in two new players before the end of the window. Right-back, midfielder, and winger are reportedly areas to address for Die Roten.
