Ahead of the start of the new season, Bayern Munich is looking to sort the future of young players. The German club is looking to arrange loan moves for players that need regular playing time at senior level from next season. Taylor Booth could be the latest player to go out on loan in the coming days.
According to ESPN, Bayern is looking to extend the contract of Taylor Booth before sending him out on loan for next season. The young USA midfielder could go away from Bundesliga with Portugal as one of the destinations mentioned in this report.
Booth featured with the reserves team in the first half of the last season before going out on loan to St. Polten in January. The 20-year-old attacking midfielder is tipped to have a bright future with the US team. His current deal is set to expire in 2022, so it is a testament to his talent that Die Roten wants to extend the contract before sending him out on loan.
Taylor Booth and Rekordmeister need to find the right club for his development. He needs to play in the first team rather than a youth team if he goes out on loan. A good loan spell will make sure that Booth takes the next step in his development.

The young attacking midfielder arrived in Bavaria from Real Salt Lake in 2019. Since completing a permanent move, Booth has represented Die Roten in different age groups. His impressive performances at the youth level had reportedly attracted interest from Tottenham Hotspurs in the past.
Booth’s compatriot, Chris Richards, is also likely to leave Rekordmeister temporarily for consistent playing time. The young defender had a productive six-month loan spell from January at Hoffenheim. Richards is currently training at Sabner Strasse with the senior team, but a loan move to Hoffenheim could be sorted when senior players arrive from vacation.
Die Roten has already loaned out Sarpreet Singh, Lukas Mai, and Adrian Fein in the last few days. Mai had a good loan spell last year, but the other two midfielders struggled to get playing time during their loan period. The German Champions needs will be hoping that Fein and Singh get more playing time next season.
Mickael Cuisance is another player that could be on his way out on a loan or permanent transfer. The French midfielder also struggled for game time at Marseille during his loan spell last season. Galatasaray is reportedly interested in signing him, but he is eager to impress Nagelsmann. The coming weeks will be decisive for arrivals and departures at the club.
