Bayern Munich will be looking to address a couple of areas in the first team during the transfer window. Along with making additions to the senior team, the German Champions are also likely to focus on signing few players for the youth team.

According to 90 min, Bayern is one of many top clubs keeping a close eye on Sheffield United youngster Daniel Jebbison. Along with the top six clubs of the Premier League, Die Roten’s rivals Borussia Dortmund is also interested in the young forward.

Jebbison has largely played for Sheffield United’s reserves team this season. Even though his debut appearance for the senior team was marred by defeat against Crystal Palace, his first start for the club against Everton was memorable. On his debut, Jebbison made a mark by scoring the winner for Sheffield United.

Sheffield United will be hoping that Jebbison stays with them next season since he is likely to get more playing time at the club. The English club will be looking to tie him down for a long-term contract to get a bigger fee in the future.

More from Bayern Strikes

The young center forward would go straight into the reserves team if Die Roten decides to sign him. Even though Sheffield United are relegated to Championship, moving to Rekordmeister may not be ideal for the youngster. He is likely to get more first team chances at Sheffield United than Bayern in immediate future.

However, the overwhelming success of Jamal Musiala does show that Rekordmeister are not afraid to give chances to young player in the first team. At the age of 18, Musiala has enjoyed a breakthrough campaign in Bavaria. After an encouraging campaign at the club level, Musiala is going to feature for Germany at Euro 2020 in summer.

Die Roten has been aggressive with signing young players in the last few seasons. They have reaped rewards by trusting in signings such as Musiala and Alphonso Davies. Debbison could be one for the future, but it does look like tentative interest as of now.

Meanwhile, The Athletic is reporting that Rekordmeister is in talks with FC Dallas to sign Justin Che. The young defender arrived at the club on a short-term loan in February. Die Roten has been working with Dallas on the development of young players. Chris Richards had also arrived from FC Dallas before making his debut in the senior team this season. He is currently on loan at Hoffenheim. It does look like Justin Che has managed to impress coaches in Bavaria like Richards did a couple of years ago.
