Who is available for Bayern Munich?
The absentee list is long for Rekordmeister ahead of the game against Wolfsburg. Serge Gnabry will be back training with the first team next week after being in isolation for two weeks due to coronavirus. Robert Lewandowski has started training on the pitch, but Saturday is too early for the Polish striker. Marc Roca and Douglas Costa also sidelined for this game due to injury.
Meanwhile, Leon Goretzka is yet to completely recover from the injury he suffered against PSG last week. The German midfielder travelled to Paris, but he couldn’t shrug off it to play the game. Lucas Hernandez will have to give a late fitness test for this game, while Niklas Sule has started training this week. Corentin Tolisso remains the long-term absentee for Rekordmeister.

Defense for Bayern Munich on Saturday
Manuel Neuer managed to deliver a brilliant performance in Paris. His solid goalkeeping helped Die Roten to remain in the tie until the dying minutes of the game. However, the clean sheet eventually didn’t meet anything for Rekordmeister. Neuer will be looking to end strongly, starting with a clean sheet away at Wolfsburg.
Flick could bring David Alaba back in central defense since there are concerns over the fitness of Hernandez. The Austrian defender will partner Jerome Boateng in the heart of the defense. Benjamin Pavard and Alphonso Davies will occupy the full-back positions. Bouna Sarr failed to impress last week, so Pavard will be returning in the right-back position.
