Tactical changes from Hansi Flick
There are only four competitive games for Bayern in March. There is only one midweek game for the German Champions. One weekend will be occupied by international games, so Hansi Flick has a lot of time to work with players on the training ground.
It has been a hectic campaign for Die Roten until now. There has been a game every three days for the majority of the season. In such a hectic schedule, players work on recovery, and coaches get very little time to do tactical work with players.

March will provide an opportunity for Flick to think about tactical setups or tweaks that he can deploy in the latter stages of the Champions League. The German manager has been relying on 4-2-3-1 throughout his time at the club, but he has not been afraid of tweaking things within this system to get positive results.
Manchester City looks to be the biggest obstacle in Die Roten’s possible pathway to retain the European title. Pep Guardiola’s team has been on tremendous, so stopping them will need tactical work along with individual quality. The next few weeks present an ideal time for Flick to come up with plans to dominate Europe like he did last year.
