FWD, Leroy Sane — 6.5/10
Sane was not at his best in terms of playing the final pass. However, he was holding the width on the right flank and making dangerous runs throughout the game. The German winger didn’t have goals and assists to his name on Saturday, but his overall performance was still encouraging as he is finding consistency with more playing time.

FWD, Jamal Musiala — 6.5/10
After shining against Lazio on Tuesday, it was a quiet outing for Musiala against Koln. While operating in the number ten role, Musiala took up some brilliant positions in between the lines, but he was often bullied off the ball by Koln players. The youngster showed great heart while helping the team defensively even though things were not clicking in the final third.
FWD, Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting — 8/10
Choupo-Moting was given the role of playing on the left flank since Coman needed rest after starting every game in the past few weeks. The Cameroon striker didn’t disappoint and delivered his best performance in the Bavarian shirt. His movement for the first goal was terrific, while the holdup play on the left-flank throughout his time on the pitch was outstanding. He looks much more suited to the wide position than the number ten role.
