Coman played a major role in Bayern’s 3-1 victory over Stuttgart on matchday nine of the current Bundesliga season. He scored the goal that leveled the match with a well-placed shot and then set up Robert Lewandowski for what proved to be the match-winning goal with an impressive dribble through the Stuttgart midfield.

#3 vs. Atletico Madrid

There was no question Coman was the man of the match against Atletico Madrid on matchday one of the 2020/21 Champions League group stage. He was involved in three of Bayern’s four goals in their emphatic 4-0 victory over the La Liga club. Coman made a great run into the box and received a pinpoint pass from Joshua Kimmich for his first goal of the match. He then picked up an assist by setting up Leon Goretzka from close range for another Bayern goal. The last goal of this match was one of Coman’s most exciting moments of the year as he made a great run to get in behind the Atletico backline and then showed tremendous ability to weave his way through the defenders and score.

It was a hat-trick of assists from Coman against RB Leipzig on matchday 10 of the current Bundesliga season. He was instrumental in contributing to a hard-fought draw against Leipzig. This performance displayed the fantastic form he has been showing heading into 2021 when it comes to making key passes. Without this performance from Coman, Bayern could very well have not been at the top of the Bundesliga table entering 2021.

Scoring a goal in a Champions League final is a moment many players dream of. Coman not only scored a goal against PSG in the final but it proved to be a Champions League title-winning goal as well. The French winger headed home a cross from Thomas Müller in the 59th minute. He will go down as the hero of this match and it’s a moment Bayern supporters will never forget.
