Bayern Munich travels to Austria on matchday three of the Champions League.

It was another happy week for Bayern Munich as they clinched victories away at Moscow and Cologne. The European Champions will be hoping to make three away wins in a row when they face Red Bull Salzburg in the third group game of the Champions League.

Die Roten has shown in the past couple of weeks that they can blow away teams on their day. When things are going tough, Rekordmeister can also show resilience to grind out victories. The win against Lokomotiv Moscow was as impressive as the demolishing of Atletico Madrid at Allianz Arena two weeks ago.

With a victory on Tuesday, Die Roten will have one foot in the round of 16 of the Champions League. They will need at least one point from the remaining three games to confirm their place in the next round of the competition.

Meanwhile, Red Bull Salzburg need a win on Tuesday to stay in contention for the next round. They currently sit third in the group with one point. They have shown glimpses of quality in the last two CL games but struggled to get the result in their favour.
