Predicted XI for Bayern Munich

Flick will rotate the team for the game against Frankfurt, but the goalkeeper will remain the same. After collecting a clean sheet in the Champions League, Manuel Neuer will be looking to get the second clean sheet of the Bundesliga campaign on Saturday.

Niklas Sule has played three games in a row, so he might get a rest against Frankfurt. Jerome Boateng will slot in the central defense instead of Sule and partner David Alaba. Bouna Sarr and Alphonso Davies may get the nod in the full-back positions, giving rest to Benjamin Pavard and Lucas Hernandez.

More from Bayern Strikes

Joshua Kimmich will start in the central midfield after missing the last weekend’s game due to personal reasons. Since Gnabry is absent for this game and Sane will start on the bench, Flick may go continue with a three-man midfield. Leon Goretzka is likely to be the advanced midfielder, while Marc Roca makes his Bundesliga debut.

Kingsley Coman will be looking to round off a big week by scoring against Frankfurt. The Frenchman will start on the left flank, while Thomas Muller will occupy the right side of the attack. Muller will cut inside, but his starting position will be that of a right-winger. Robert Lewandowski will lead the line for the defending Bundesliga champions.
