Three takeaways from FC Bayern Munich’s entertaining win against Hertha Berlin.

It has been a busy few days at FC Bayern Munich as they sealed four transfers and sanctioned the departure of Mickael Cuisance. Apart from transfers, Die Roten also had an exciting win against Hertha Berlin on the weekend. It is a good time to reflect on that game now.

It has been a weird start to the new season for the German Champions, and Sunday’s game summed it up perfectly. Die Roten were on the verge of dropping points after the visitors scored their third goal. However, Robert Lewandowski managed to score the winner to get all points on the day.

Rekordmeister moved to fourth position in the league. The defeat against Hoffenheim has not allowed them to go into the international break at the top of the table. RB Leipzig go into the break at the top with seven points in three games.

However, it is too early in the season to care about the league table. Despite the defeat against Hoffenheim, Die Roten has already won two trophies. The result against Berlin was crucial, but there are some key takeaways to note down from this frantic win on Sunday.
