Three key players for Bayern Munich in the Champions League final
By Daniel Garza
#2 Serge Gnabry
It’s been a stellar Champions League campaign for Serge Gnabry. The winger was the key contributor in the 3-0 win over Lyon in the semifinals. His brace helped lift Bayern past their opponents and increased his Champions League goal total to nine goals.
The German forward was making lethal runs into the box throughout the game against Lyon. He is a brilliant outlet on the counter due to his pace and clever positioning. His sudden acceleration also helps Die Roten to penetrate a deep block.

In the match against PSG, Gnabry can play a huge role in getting Bayern the title. There is a possibility both teams could exchange multiple goals due to the offensive firepower they possess. If this happens, Bayern will need players other then Robert Lewandowski to score. That’s where Gnabry could step in and deliver a crucial goal if it turns into a goal-fest.
Gnabry and Lewandowski have both been stellar in the Champions Leauge, combining for 24 goals in the competition. This is the most by any player duo in the history of the Champions League. There’s a good chance if both players are on the mark, then Bayern will be able to get the victory. Gnabry has never won a Champions League title, and now is his moment.
