Bayern Munich should consider a move for Tanguy Ndombele
Bayern Munich should be in the hunt for Spurs midfielder Tanguy Ndombele.
The news regarding Thiago Alcantara today has shocked Bayern Munich fans. The Spanish midfielder is reportedly looking for a move away from the club. In such a scenario, if the club decides to cash in for Thiago, then they may have to look for a replacement.
ESPN reported today that Bayern could become an option for Tanguy Ndombele. The French midfielder is not exactly enjoying life under Jose Mourinho as per this report. ESPN insists that Die Roten could offer cash plus Corentin Tolisso for Ndombele.
This would be the ideal scenario if Die Roten lose Thiago and Tolisso this summer. Ndombele has qualities to replace both of them and be a part of a long term project at the club. Moreover, the French midfielder is young and fits the age profile, which Rekordmeister has been targetting in the past few summer transfer windows.
Ndombele is an astute dribbler. He can progress the play from deep with nimble feet and play a killer pass for forwards in the final third. The French international can also dictate the tempo of the game due to his expansive passing range. Physically, he is dominant and wins duels in midfield, making him an all-round midfielder.

Flick has been popular in the dressing room for his man-management. Ndombele may need an arm around his shoulders to get the best out of him. The German manager could become the manager to get the tune out of him and help him to fulfill the potential that he showed at Lyon in the past few seasons.
Ndombele will be the right replacement for Thiago, while Tolisso looks out of favour at Bayern. This deal could benefit all parties involved. Tolisso will be able to play more at Spurs since he has struggled to get consecutive starts under Flick in 2020. Thiago is an established and better player than Ndombele, but his contract runs down next summer. Ndombele can eventually reach the level of Thiago since the peak years of his career.
