Bayern Munich midfielder Angelo Stiller subject to interest from Arsenal

Bayern Munich may have to brace for bids from Arsenal for one of their promising youth players.

The last 18 months have seen Bayern Munich signing some of the best young players from different parts of the globe. This aggressive approach in the transfer market is helping the club to improve their youth teams, but the primary focus remains firmly on building solid youth core that can complement the first team in the future.

Talented young players in Die Roten’s set up is also attracting interest from various top clubs. According to SportBild, Arsenal is closely following Angelo Stiller at Bayern. The young midfielder has been playing for youth teams this season in Bavaria, including the reserves team.

This report from SportBild also insists that many German clubs are showing interest in Stiller. The defensive midfielder currently has only one year left on the contract. Considering the giant leap he has taken this season, Die Roten will be hoping to extend his deal to fend off interest from Arsenal.

Stiller has represented various youth teams at Die Roten since joining the club in 2010. The teenager’s primary position is defensive midfield position, but he can also play in central midfield.
