Hansi Flick has made some subtle changes that have led to a strong start to Ruckrunde for Bayern Munich.

Bayern Munich has made a roaring start to 2020, by claiming back the top spot in the Bundesliga. They also moved closer towards retaining DFB Pokal as they clinched a thrilling 4-3 victory against Hoffenheim in the round of 16.

In the Bundesliga, Bayern have been delivering ruthless performances. The wins against Hertha Berlin, Schalke, and Mainz showed that the team is moving in the right direction. These wins helped Rekordmeister to stitch their longest winning run in the league this season, comprising six wins in a row.

Die Roten did suffer a minor setback on Sunday as they were held for a goalless draw at Allianz Arena by RB Leipzig. However, there were positives for Bayern even in that game. Apart from showing grit and character, Bayern is slowly dominating opponents with ease.

Flick is slowly showing that he is more than an ordinary interim coach. He has evolved as a manager in the past three months and improved many aspects of his management. Here are the key reasons behind his success with Die Roten during Ruckrunde.
