Jerome Boateng is the latest Bayern Munich player to hail Hansi Flick and back him manage the first team till the end of the season.
After a mini-slump at the start of December, Bayern Munich returned to winning ways in style against Werder Bremen. Hansi Flickās men delivered a convincing performance against Bremen despite going a goal down early the game.
Despite the defeats against Bayer Leverkusen and Borussia Monchengladbach, Flick has done some impressive work with the first team at Bayern in a short space of time. The German manager has made the attack more fluid, which has helped the team to score more goals every game.
Flickās tactical acumen will be tested in the Champions League games when Bayern face some of the top European clubs in knockout stages. However, Flick man-management skills have been brilliant. He has been regularly praised by Bayern players for the way he handles every playerās situation.
Jerome Boateng is the latest player to sing praises of Flickās management skills. Speaking to AZ, Boateng insisted that Flick has been brilliant with everyone in his short spell as manager. The German defender insisted that Flick makes every player feel important at the club.
"āHansi is just a top coach, he absolutely deserves it. He is a top human, has a great feeling for us.āāHansi is very respectful and professional with us players, with those who play and those who donāt play. He makes everyone feel that he is important in the team. And that is very important for a club like Bavaria.ā"

Flickās impressive work is likely to help him in getting the interim role. The performances against Olympiakos and Borussia Dortmund in November made sure that he stays in this role for a longer duration. Bayern had announced at the end of November that Flick will continue till Christmas and the club will review his position during the winter break.
The minimum expectation from Flick will be to retain the Bundesliga title. Bayern remains seven points behind the top position in the league table. Flickās men just need to stitch a good run of wins to get back in the mix for the title. A longer run in the Champions League will also enhance Flickās reputation as a tactician.
Bayern is unlikely to appoint Flick as a permanent manager, but the club should do everything to keep him a coaching role at the club. An assistant coach loved by players will help the new coach to smoothly implement his ideas.
Willy Sagnol had left the club after Carlo Ancelottiās departure, but it will be a huge surprise if the club allows Flick to depart after the new appointment. The German coach has a positive influence on the squad. Keeping a positive personality at the club will help in keeping a check on the atmosphere in the dressing room.
