France

France had an underwhelming international break despite winning both games. Moldova gave the World Champions a run for their money. The French eventually won the game by a 2-1 scoreline. Benjamin Pavard and Corentin Tolisso played 90 minutes against Moldova, while Kingsley Coman was substituted in 88th minute due to a knock. The Bayern trio delivered satisfactory performances in this game.

More from Bayern Strikes

Against Albania, France got the job done, but the performance was not entirely convincing. Pavard helped the team in keeping a clean sheet. Tolisso opened the scoring for French in the ninth minute of the game. Coman sat out of this game due to the knock he suffered against Belarus.

Croatia

Ivan Perisic has underwhelmed in his past few games for Bayern Munich. The international break came at the right time for him as he got back to form. Perisic started in games against Slovakia and Georgia. He scored the winner against Georgia and sealed a comfortable victory against Slovakia by scoring the third goal. The 30-year-old forward will be looking to take this form at the club level and cement his place in the starting XI.

Brazil

Brazil endured a mixed international break as they suffered narrow defeat against Argentina but cruised to a 3-0 win against South Korea. Philippe Coutinho failed to make a significant impact against Argentina after coming on the pitch at half-time.

The Brazilian forward started against South Korea. He delivered a complete performance against the Asian side, creating chances regularly in the final third. Coutinho rounded off a fine performance by scoring a sublime free-kick to give his side a two-goal lead.
