Bayern Munich forward Kingsley Coman suffers injury at international duty with France.

Coman is ruled out for their World Cup qualifier game against Sweden on Saturday. The Bayern Munich forward’s extent of injury is not revealed yet.

The French football federation announced earlier today that Coman has suffered an injury in his knee. Monaco’s young midfielder Thomas Lemar will replace Coman in the French squad.  Bayern Munich will be hoping that the injury is just a minor knock.

Carlo Ancelotti is having a torrid time with injuries lately. Jerome Boateng is not taking part in Germany’s games due to an injury. Franck Ribery is back in training for Bayern. Holger Badstuber continues to regain fitness after a long layoff from injury. Javi Martinez is also out with an injury.

Coman has endured a slow start to the season. The Bayern winger is yet to open his account in goals and assists this term. Ancelotti is still banking on the forward to come good. The Bayern boss insists on buying him permanently once his two year loan spell ends next summer.

Bayern Munich enter into a busy schedule after the international break. Ancelotti will be hoping that all his players return injury free from the international break. The French federation will have further tests to see the seriousness of injury for Coman. They face Ivory Coast next week. Bayern will probably want that Coman is not risked and returns to Munich.

On the other hand the final training session for Bayern this week ended today. The non-international players will get a rest to recharge their batteries ahead of the game against Borussia Dortmund next Saturday. The South American players of Bayern Munich will be lining up for their countries for World Cup qualifier games later today.
