Bradley Barcola
Bradley Barcola has the most impressive numbers among the three. The former Lyon academy alumnus has 39 goal contributions in all competitions. That is despite having to share minutes with other quality wingers in Paris Saint-Germain's squad.
Barcola is one of the tightest dribblers in the world. He is so good at retaining possession when controlling the ball. The Frenchman only gets dispossessed 0.5 times/per game, much better than Leao's 1.1 times and Nico Williams' 1.6 times. Bradley Barcola is also very capable of playing off the ball and boasts a great defensive work rate, which is his biggest advantage over the two aforementioned.
However, there is a glaring downside to his decision-making and shot selection in the final third. Barcola is often seen overcomplicating his moves and missing easy chances, such as the one-on-one with the goalkeeper in the Champions League Finals.

Conclusion
Williams, Leao, and Barcola are generally similar archetypes: talented wingers who excel at dribbling, cutting inside, and creating chances. Each of them has its own strengths and weaknesses that will give Vincent Kompany a headache to choosing the right player for the system. Either a more balanced and defensively active Bradley Barcola, an attacking powerhouse in Rafael Leao, or someone who has the perfect skill set to complement the rest of the squad, like Nico Williams. After all, it's Kompany's choice to make the squad a more complete one. Furthermore, the financial package will play a large role in determining the right prospect.
There's no right or wrong answer. But in terms of current squad fit, Nico Williams and Bradley Barcola may end up as a more suitable option than a high-risk Rafael Leao. They can work better with Michael Olise on the opposite flank and are more capable when out of possession
