His compatriot, and Real Madrid superstar Kylian Mbappe, has recently addressed the rumors linking Olise to the Bernabeu, praising him as one of the world's best players, but falling short of pushing for a move to go through. While speaking with Sport Bild, Mbappe went on to say:
"I heard the speculation. But I know that situation very well myself. When I was a PSG player, there were countless rumours. And I think it would be disrespectful to advise a player to move clubs. Despite shutting down the possibility of a move happening in the near future, Mbappe couldn't hide his praise for his fellow countryman, believing any team would be lucky to have him, saying:

Mbappe being filled with nothing but praise for his international teammate makes all the sense in the world given the danger they showed they can bring when they play in the same team, as we saw at the World Cup this summer, with Olise providing Mbappe with five assists in his charge for the tournament golden boot.
In a world where players are always eager to push for a move to a different club or push to join their international teammates, it's actually pleasing to see a player like Mbappe come out in defense saying, why would Olise even want a move when he's positioned at Bayern to win every trophy imaginable.
Mbappe is right on one thing: every club in the world would love to have Olise, but thankfully for Bayern, they can't. The hierarchy has made it explicitly clear that the Frenchman is not for sale, no matter the offer, with talks underway for a new contract extension, keeping Olise tied to the club for many years to come.
