Predicted Bayern Munich lineup for home clash against VfB Stuttgart

Predicted starting XI for Bayern Munich as they resume Bundesliga action on Saturday at Allianz Arena against last season’s runners-up VfB Stuttgart.

Bayern Munich vs VfB Stuttgart: Expected Starting XI

GK: Manuel Neuer- Manuel Neuer had a relaxed international break, giving him time to improve fitness after a recent injury issue before the clash against Bayer Leverkusen. The 38-year-old will start in the goal against VfB Stuttgart.

RB: Raphaël Guerreiro- Since Konrad Laimer played for Austria during the international break, Kompany may stick with a fresher Raphaël Guerreiro for the right-back position. The 31-year-old was not part of the Portuguese squad.

CB: Dayot Upamecano- The French center-back returned to full training this week after suffering an injury against Eintracht Frankfurt. Upamecano is expected to start for Bayern since he has got ample amount of training sessions under his belt before the game.

CB: Kim Min-jae- Kompany doesn’t rotate in the central defense right now, so Kim Min-jae will partner Upamecano in the heart of defense on Saturday.

LB: Alphonso Davies- The last few weeks have seen Alphonso Davies get better after spending more time on the pitch. The Canadian is currently Bayern’s first-choice left-back, so he will start against Stuttgart.
