Noussair Mazraoui is subject to strong interest from the Premier League as Bayern Munich look to step up their efforts to raise funds by selling players. The Moroccan full-back is not part of Die Roten’s plans for next season.

Manchester United and West Ham United have shown concrete interest in signing Mazraoui. The Red Devils will have to part ways with Aaron Wan-Bissaka before making a move for the Moroccan defender. Meanwhile, West Ham are in the market to sign a new right-back.

According to Bild (via iMiaSanMia), West Ham have proposed a loan deal for Mazraoui with an option to buy worth €20-25 million. Bayern’s asking price for Mazraoui is €30 million, but interested clubs will look to negotiate it down. The Bavarian club will regardless make a profit on the Moroccan full-back since he joined from Ajax on a free transfer in 2022.

Meanwhile, Sky Sports in Germany has reported that Mazraoui is not interested in leaving Bayern on a dry loan. He wants a permanent transfer or loan with an obligation to buy. The 26-year-old defender is eager to play in the Premier League.

The Guardian, BBC, and The Times have confirmed Manchester United’s interest in Mazraoui. The Old Trafford side must sell Wan-Bissaka to raise funds for Mazraoui. Erik Ten Hag is interested in reuniting with Mazraoui, but it remains to be seen how long Die Roten and Moroccan defender will wait for an offer from Manchester United.

As things stand, Mazraoui is expected to travel with Bayern for the pre-season tour of Asia. However, a move away from Bavaria is likely to happen later in the transfer window. The Moroccan defender may favour a move to Manchester United since he will get to work with a coach who got the best out of him at Ajax.

West Ham reportedly have Aaron Wan-Bissaka on the list of right-back targets. The English full-back holds the key for Mazraoui to join Manchester United later in the transfer window. For now, he will look to gain full fitness during pre-season training at Bayern.
