RB: Joshua Kimmich - Amid the injury crisis at Bayern, Kimmich remains one of the first names on the team-sheet. He will hope to lead the way once again from his right-back role.

CB: Matthijs de Ligt - With Kim Min-jae injured, de Ligt could make his return to the starting XI on Saturday. The Dutch center-back will have to be at his best to keep Maximilian Beier quiet.

CB: Eric Dier - Dier was given a breather last weekend and could come into the team for Dayot Upamecano for the game against Hoffenheim. He will hope to cap off an impressive debut season at Bayern with a strong performance in defense on Saturday.

LB: Alphonso Davies - Davies will look to start at left-back for what could well be his final game in Bayern colors. Although Noussair Mazraoui could also be an option after taking over as the first-choice left-back in recent weeks.

CM: Konrad Laimer - After being afforded some rest last weekend, Laimer could make his return to the starting XI in midfield. He could be in for a hard-fought battle against Anton Stach.

CM: Aleksandar Pavlović - Fresh after earning a place in Germany's Euro 2024 squad, Pavlović will hope to continue his strong run of form on Saturday. Leon Goretzka could also be an option for the second midfield spot.
