Harry Kane

Within 20 seconds of the game, Harry Kane headed the ball to set up Jamal Musiala for the game's opening goal. Six minutes later Kane swept home Bayern’s second with a clinical one-time finish from just inside the box.

With Bayern applying constant pressure, an own goal from Nicolai Remberg in the 13th minute extended the lead to 3-0. Despite missing from close range midway through the half, Kane completed a first-half brace two minutes before the half-time interval by calmly placing the ball in the bottom-left corner, wrong-footing the goalkeeper in the process.

The English Captain completed his hat-trick with an expertly taken penalty just before the final whistle to secure the man-of-the-match award. With an assist and three goals to his name, from just 39 touches, it was a near-perfect display from last season’s European Golden Shoe winner.
