Harry Kane

After a slow start to the season by the usual lofty standards, Harry Kane has been in sensational form since returning from the international break. The English forward ended up scoring four goals against Dinamo Zagreb on Tuesday evening.

Kane successfully converted three penalties, showing his composure and calmness to beat the keeper from the spot on multiple occasions. The English striker showed the poacher’s instinct in the box to score the other goal.

The 31-year-old had six shots on target from the eight he attempted in the game. Kane was also tidy with the ball, completing 86% of the passes he attempted against Dinamo Zagreb. He was linking up the play brilliantly with his passes and runs in the final third. Kane also created one chance in the game, showing the complete repertoire of his skillset in the number nine role.

The back-to-back hattricks indicate Kane is back to form for Bayern. The England international was unfortunate last season as his 40+ goals didn’t lead to silverware. Kane will hope fortune favours him this campaign to break the silverware duck as he looks destined to have another prolific campaign.
