The Champions League campaign came to a brutal end for Bayern Munich as they were knocked out by Real Madrid with a dramatic 2-1 win at Santiago Bernabéu on Wednesday. Bayern looked on course for the final, but a quickfire brace from Joselu after the 85th minute sealed the win for the Spanish giants.  

Bayern came up with a game plan to absorb the pressure in Madrid and try to hit the hosts on the counter.
