Predicted Bayern Munich lineup for the away clash against Aston Villa

Bayern Munich enjoyed a serene start to the new Champions League campaign two weeks ago. They managed to hammer nine goals past Dinamo Zagreb on matchday one of the Champions League. Bayern will face a much sterner test on the second matchday as they gear up for a trip to England.

The record Bundesliga champions will face Aston Villa in the Champions League on Wednesday. Unai Emery’s men also enjoyed a winning start to the European campaign with a comfortable 3-0 win against Young Boys.

Bayern suffered the first setback of the season on Saturday when Bayer Leverkusen held them for a 1-1 draw at Allianz Arena. It was the first such instance this season when Die Roten dropped points in the Bundesliga, but they remain unbeaten this season across all competitions.

Aston Villa have become a formidable side under Unai Emery. They do exceptionally well at Villa Park. With the atmosphere expected to be electrical on Wednesday, Emery’s side will certainly create problems for Die Roten. They will be raring to bounce back from a disappointing 2-2 draw against Ipswich Town in the Premier League on Sunday.
