Lothar Matthaus backs Bayern Munich star to win Ballon d’Or in future

After a dismal last season, Bayern Munich were not expected to have several players in the final 30 list of the Ballon d’Or. Bayern expected Jamal Musiala to be on the list released by France Football this week. Max Eberl publicly expressed bemusement about not seeing Musiala on the list. The young German attacking midfielder was productive for Die Roten and won the Golden Boot at the Euros. He was one of the best attacking players in the European Championship.

Musiala needs strong and successful project at Bayern
