Harry Kane came up clutch for Bayern Munich once again as his goals either side of half-time secured a 2-1 win over Eintracht Frankfurt.

It was by no means a perfect performance from Bayern Munich, but they still managed to claim a morale-boosting 2-1 win over Eintracht Frankfurt. Harry Kane scored twice for the Bavarians as they saw off the challenge of a side that has caused them a lot of problems over the years.

The win will give Bayern plenty of confidence ahead of the first leg of their Champions League semifinal against Real Madrid.

Despite the tight scoreline, Bayern dominated proceedings from the outset and had the game under control for the majority of the 90 minutes. Bayern have now officially secured their place for next season's Champions League, which will come as little consolation after they surrendered their Bundesliga crown to Bayer Leverkusen.

Mindful of the Real Madrid tie, Thomas Tuchel decided to rest a number of key players. Harry Kane led the Bayern Munich attack, starting up front alongisde Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting. Raphael Guerreiro also returned to the starting XI, starting on the left wing.
