With Bayern Munich getting an unexpected weekend off following a snowstorm in Munich, the team will return to Bundesliga action Saturday against Eintracht Frankfurt. Additionally, the team now has a game in hand as they attempt to catch Leverkusen in their quest for the Bundesliga title.

The team should be well rested after having the extra weekend off and they also didn't have a midweek game in DFB Pokal. With a fresh squad at his disposal, Thomas Tuchel will be looking to get all three points in Frankfurt. Let's have a look at how both teams may line up on Matchday 14 of the Bundesliga.

Bayern Munich

Manuel Neuer wasn't called upon much in his last outing in the Champions League against Copenhagen, but when he was, he was superb. The double save to keep the game scoreless showed that the 37 year old still has much to give on the pitch. Neuer will surely start in the goal against Frankfurt.

Konrad Laimer got the start at right back against FC Copenhagen last week, and while he led the team in tackles and was a pressing monster higher up the field, I expect Noussair Mazraoui to return to the starting XI. Centrally, Kim Min-jae was given a much-needed rest in the Champions League fixture as Leon Goretzka filled in for him. Given the extra weekend rest, look for Kim Min-jae to return in the starting XI and partner Dayot Upamecano in the heart of defense. Alphonso Davies should continue his strong run of form on the left.

With Kim back as the starting center back, look for Leon Goretzka to return to his double pivot role with Joshua Kimmich. With Konrad Laimer, and now a healthy Raphael Guerreiro, the options to rotate the midfield are there for Tuchel. In front of the double pivot, expect a healthy Jamal Musiala to be back to showcase his creativity and attacking threat.

Look for Leroy Sane to continue his strong run of form on the right side opposite Kingsley Coman. Both wingers have had a good start to the season and will look to provide directness and pace as they attack Frankfurt's backline. Harry Kane has continued to provide his value for the club, even after they paid a club record fee to bring him in. The English international will look to add more goals to his tally on Saturday.
