RB Leipzig will come into Saturday's Bundesliga clash feeling very optimistic they can at the very least capture a point, if not all three. Marco Rose's men are playing Bayern Munich at the perfect time and with his side sitting just outside the coveted top four, all three points could loom large in their quest for the Champions League.
Veteran goalkeeper Peter Gulacsi will get the start in net as he looks to continue his good form after returning from injury. Benjamin Henrichs will move out of the middle and into the right-back position for Rose. Heinrichs will get the start at right back largely since Lukas Klosterman is set to miss the game on Saturday due to injury. Heinrichs' replacement should be Mohamed Simakan who will start centrally with Willi Orban in the heart of the defense. David Raum will slot in the left-back position.
Amadou Haidara is back fit and ready to start centrally. Haidara will partner with Xaver Schlager at the base of the Leipzig four-men midfield. In front of the two defensive midfielders, the pairing of Dani Olmo and Xavi Simons will be tasked with creating opportunities for the front two of Leipzig.
Lois Openda has been superb for Leipzig since his summer move from French side Lens, scoring 16 in 22 Bundesliga matches. While Yussuf Poulsen is still a very capable striker for Rose, I'm going to predict that Slovenian Benjamin Sesko will get the start against Bayern.

Score Prediction
Bayern Munich 1-3 RB Leipzig
Bayern Munich are an absolute mess right now. I know the announcement to let Tuchel leave is supposed to liberate the players, but with a mixture of zero confidence and injuries, I don't see this team competing with the energy needed to get a result against Leipzig. RB Leipzig's press and transition will expose the lack of fight this team has at the moment.
