Harry Kane vs Jonathan Tah

Along with Erling Haaland, Harry Kane has been the best striker in Europe this season. The English striker already has ten goals to his name after six competitive games this campaign. Kane scored back-to-back hattricks against Holstein Kiel and Dinamo Zagreb.

The incredible consistency in finding the back of the net has made Kane one of the deadliest strikers in Europe. He is on track to score more than 40 goals for Die Roten this season. Along with scoring freely, Kane also contributes to creating chances for other forwards. He has four assists to his name in the Bundesliga.

Kane will come up against Jonathan Tah on Saturday. The German defender could have been playing with Kane this summer, but Bayern was not ready to pay the fee Bayer Leverkusen wanted for him. Tah will have a point to prove when he travels to Allianz Arena on Saturday.

Apart from the summer transfer window context, Tah has been a consistent performer for Bayer Leverkusen. He was the leader at the back when Leverkusen won the domestic double last season. Tah kept Kane quiet when these two sides met last time in the Bundesliga. The German defender will look to emulate the same performance and minimize the chances of Die Roten’s victory by stifling Kane in the final third.
