Three reasons for Bayern Munich to stick with Thomas Tuchel
Tuchel has not lost the dressing room
Despite a difficult season in the Bundesliga, Bayern players have managed to regroup themselves for the knockout games of the Champions League (Away game at Lazio is the only exception). They bought into Tuchel’s game plan against Arsenal and executed it perfectly to clinch the victory.
Harry Kane admitted that players are going to give everything on the pitch for Tuchel until the end of the season. The German coach can be criticized for several things this season, but losing the dressing room is not one of those things. Tuchel has kept the squad motivated to end the season with the Champions League trophy.

In modern football, head coach losing the dressing room is the final nail in the coffin for him at the club. Tuchel still has the support of players at Bayern. If he helps them to win the Champions League title, the admiration for him in the dressing will grow further. With players on his side, keeping Tuchel at Die Roten will not be a complicated decision to implement for the club chiefs.
