RB: Joshua Kimmich - Thomas Tuchel sees Kimmich as Bayern's best option at right-back, and the Germany international is set to start in that role once again on Wednesday.
CB: Matthijs de Ligt - Bayern Munich will be desperate for the return of de Ligt, who missed the first leg due to injury. The Dutch centre-back returned to training on Monday and should replace Kim Min-jae, who had a first leg to forget.
CB: Eric Dier - The Englishman was solid last week and will hope to put in another strong defensive performance for Bayern at centre-back on Wednesday.
LB: Noussair Mazraoui - The Moroccan international has replaced Alphonso Davies as Bayern Munich's first-choice left-back, and will likely be in the starting XI for the second leg as well.
CM: Konrad Laimer - Laimer worked tirelessly in the first leg and was heavily involved on both ends of the pitch. He will hope to deliver a similar performance at the Santiago Bernabéu.
CM: Leon Goretzka - With Raphael Guerreiro injured, Goretzka is set to keep his spot in the middle of the park. The 29 year old struggled in the first leg, and a much-improved performance will be needed from him on Wednesday if Bayern are to make their Wembley dream a reality.
