Joshua Kimmich (7/10)

Kimmich kept his spot at right-back and was heavily involved in Bayern's attacking play. He worked hard for the team and also delivered a number of dangerous crosses into the box. The Germany international also helped set up Guerreiro's goal by playing a short corner into his path.

Matthijs de Ligt (6/10)

It was a solid performance from de Ligt, who managed to help keep the Köln forwards at bay for the most part. He was also decent in possession and helped move the ball up the pitch on a number of occasions.

Eric Dier (6/10)

Dier played some impressive diagonal passes in the build-up and also made a number of strong last-ditch challenges.

Noussair Mazraoui (6/10)

Mazraoui started at left-back in order to gain some match rhythm ahead of Wednesday's game against Arsenal. He didn't always look comfortable, and had a few problems against Köln's Faride Alidou. But he got better as the game went on, before being replaced at the hour mark.
